Appointment allocation foreigners‘ registration office:

Currently, appointments with the foreigners` registration office can only be arranged online or in person at the Service Point.
In general, you always need an appointment with the foreigners‘ registration office for all your concerns. If you arrive here without an appointment arranged in advance, you can only make an appointment at the Service Point and need to visit Kreis Ostholstein district office once again another day.
Without fixed appointment it is possible to collect residence cards (Aufenthaltstitel) from the Service Point or to hand in documents and deliver residence cards - such as Duldung (suspension of deportation) and Gestattung (temporary resident permit) - for the purpose of renewal.
For this service the staff members will be available at the Service Point at the following opening times:
Mon. 8-12:00 am
Tue. 8-12:00 am
Thu. 8-12:00 am and 1:30-4:00 pm
